Who knew a simple mountain walk could turn into a full-on adventure? Elliot and Mia, a glowing couple with their little Leo, joined me for a sunny afternoon at Whitewater Mountain Ski Resort near Nelson in British Columbia — and somehow, we ended up with two dogs in tow!
Leo was grinning from ear to ear the whole time, clearly loving every second of the fresh mountain air, while Elliot and Mia radiated that new-parent happiness you can’t fake. The dogs were chasing each other, sniffing everything in sight, and somehow managed to steal a few kisses along the way.
With the mountains stretching endlessly behind us, it felt like we were in our own little happy bubble: sunshine, laughter, wagging tails, and a family full of joy. Definitely one of those days where the camera barely kept up with all the fun.
